We had $500 stolen from our bags in the lockers. Management did absolutely nothing about it when it was clear who was responsible. They offered us 2 free rounds of golf. Pathetic. The staff did not bother to apologize and just brush off as misunderstanding. Then when i asked is it my fault, one of them can even answer YES. I even repeated my question to double confirm. A number of pretty and challenging holes, the caddies are pleasant and knowledgeable. Worth getting there for breakfast, wait until others have gone out, and take a leisurely spin round. I'm sure that when it was brand new the clubhouse as fantastic but as it stands it is in serious need of a revamp and renewal. Read our transparency report to learn 2017 • FriendsWe have been to Batam for golf on numerous occasions and Tering Bay Golf and Country Club is fast becoming our were there last week 13 Dec 2017 and we were very pleasantly surprised by the good fairways and greens condition as it had been raining relentlessly lately. Buggies were allowed onto the fairways which meant fairways were firm and well drained. This is important to us as we are retirees and mobility is not our the reception to the going-home, we were in good hands and felt very welcome. Management was keen in drawing the crowd and offered good value-for-money and attractive promotions. Caddies were young but knew their job and aided greatly in the enjoyment of the Bay is a par-72 18-holes course over slightly undulating ground with a fair mix of long and short holes.
